The endothelium (the thin layer of cells that line the interior surface of blood vessels) helps maintain blood flow by producing a substance called nitric oxide. Nitric oxide signals the blood vessels to relax corresponding with improved blood flow to peripheral nerves. Found out I am homozygous for one of the MTHFR variants. Take Pre-Dx every day along my other meds. I think it makes a difference

Now that my wife and I are both using this product we need to be able to order more than 180 units in order to get a 90 day supply. Ideally, 270 units would provide 90 days (90 for myself and 180 for my wife). Understanding that there are 60 units per container, is 300 units a reasonable expectation?
I noticed the pills are smaller and a different color but there wasn't any explanation for the change. The label looks different, and the writing is hard to read to see what has changed

We needed this delivery in advance of our departure for a lengthy trip and it appeared that the delivery would be delayed; however, it came with a day to spare. This is really a USPS advantage but we credited Pure Southern Health for the win.
So far I’ve been using it for about 6 months and it appears to be helping some. I’m going to use it for a year to see how it works later on.

It is an important treatment.
I have been using this product for several years without issue; however, my latest order contained several capsules which had opened and spilled inside the bottle causing me to wonder about quality control. At least one of the capsules had a hole in it. I would like to think this issue is a one-off and that it would not happen again.
